The team's diversity. We have athletes representing different countries from all over the world.
What was the best race of your career so far?
Winning the 800m semifinal at the 2017 USATF Outdoor Championships. I took down big names, including current world champ Donovan Brazier.
Which song best describes your running career?
"Gyalchester" by Drake because it describes how as time goes on he is only getting better, and that's how my running career is going.
What is your favorite thing to do after a hard workout?
Recover, drink a protein shake and ice bath.
Where is your favorite place to run in Atlanta?
Kennesaw Mountain because I like out and backs, and that's the only place where I can do that for a long run on a soft surface.
Where is your favorite place to eat in Atlanta?
Taqueria La Villa, really good and super cheap Mexican food.
What is the best running advice you have to offer?
Stay consistent and embrace the grind.
What is the best song to listen to before you compete?
"SueƱo a Lo Grande" by Adriel Favela. The title translates in English to "Dream Big." The song talks about his struggle to find success.
When did you start running?
In middle school, I thought I liked soccer more, but deep inside I knew loved racing.
